摘 要:目的探索中小医院护理部统筹分配奖金对护士流失率的影响。方法护理部统筹奖金分配方案,提出向临床一线、夜班岗位、风险或责任和技术含量高的岗位护士倾斜的原则,每月取全院医疗外收费的固定比例作为护士奖金,由护理部分配到护理单元,再由护理单元进行二次分配,对比实施护理部统筹分配奖金方案前后相关科室护士流失率。结果对原护士流失率最高的神经科和骨科及护士流失率最低的心内科进行统计,在未改变其他条件的情况下,比较近3年来的护士流失情况,实施护理部统筹分配奖金方案后,心内科护士流失率变化差异无统计学意义,神经科、骨科护士流失率较调整奖金方案前明显下降。结论实施护理部统筹分配奖金方案后,护士流失率明显下降,该方案对稳定护理队伍起到积极作用。Objective To discuss the influence of a new bonus distribution by nursing administration department on the fluctuation of nurses in small-medium sized hospital.Methods A specific pay which was from the hospital was distributed to each nursing unit by nursing administration department and in each nursing unit,the bonus distribution was beneficial to clinical nurses on front-line,those working night shift,and those working with high risk.The fluctuation of nurses was compared before and after the distribution.Results In department of neurology and orthopedics,which witnessed frequent fluctuation of nurses and department of cardiology,which saw seldom fluctuation of nurses,after the new bonus distribution,there was obviously less fluctuation of nurses in the former while there was no significant change in department of cardiology.Conclusion The new bonus distribution plays a positive role in reducing the fluctuation of nurses.
