摘  要:采用反相悬浮法以淀粉接枝丙烯酸合成吸水性树脂;探讨单体与淀粉质量配比、交联剂、引发剂、油水体积比、单体中和度等因素对树脂吸水率影响,通过单因素和正交实验得到最优工艺条件:单体与淀粉质量配比5∶1、交联剂用量0.122 g、引发剂用量1.3 g、油水体积比1.3∶1、单体中和度70%;聚合物在自来水中最大吸液倍率为95 g/g,且产品具有良好吸水速率。The effects of weight ratio of acrylic acid to starch,cross-linking agent,initiator agent,ratio of oil to water and neutralization content of monomer on reaction of graft co-polymerization of to water 1.3∶1,neutralization content of monomer 70%.Under the best polymerization condition,the acrylic acid onto starch in inverse suspension system were conducted.By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment the optimum conditions were determined as weight ratio of acrylic acid to starch 5∶1,concentrations of cross-linking agent 0.122 g,concentrations of initiator agent 1.3 g,ratio of oil water-absorbency of polymer is 95 g/g.Also,the product with excellent speed of water absorption
