摘　　要：西部县域义务教育均衡发展是实现我国义务教育均衡发展战略任务的攻坚重点。近年来,西部县域义务教育在均衡发展方面取得了显著成效。但由于种种因素的影响,县域内县城学校与乡村学校之间、平原学校与山区学校之间、经济发达乡镇学校与经济落后乡镇学校之间在办学水平和教育质量等方面仍存在着显著差距。促进西部县域内义务教育均衡发展,应从强化理念导向机制,完善经费保障机制,创新教师队伍建设机制,改进管理运行机制,健全督导评估机制等方面进行调整。The balanced development of compulsory education in west counties is the crucial issue in realizing the strategic task of balanced development of education in China. In recent years, significant achievements of balanced development have been achieved in these areas. However, due to the influence of various factors, there still exists a significant gap on education levels and quality between county schools and rural schools, schools in the plain areas and mountainous areas, schools in the developed towns and backward towns. To promote the balanced development of compulsory education in west counties, it is urgent to strengthen the concept-oriented mechanism, to improve the funds safeguard mechanism, to innovate teachers team construction mechanism, to improve the management operation system, as well as to improve the mechanism of supervision and evaluation, etc.
