摘　　要：文章结合量子力学发展现状和当今社会发展对人才培养的新需求,依托精品课程建设,从课前准备、课堂教学和课外辅导3个环节探索了特色鲜明的教学模式,以推动人才培养模式的创新。通过实践总结出优良的教风、现代化的教学手段、启发式教学方法、师生互动和扎实的实践教学环节等是促进学生发展的有效途径,也是良好的教学质量的有力保障。Combined with the status of development of quantum mechanics and Uae new requirements ox social development for personnel training today, relying on exquisite - course construction, the paper explores the teaching model with distinctive characteristics, in order to promote the innovation of the model for person- nel training from three aspects, such as pre - class preparation, classroom teaching and tutoring. Practices show that excellent teaching style, modern teaching ways, heuristic teaching methods, interaction between teachers and students, and solid practical teaching, etc. are not only effective ways to forward students＇devel- opment, but also the great support for good teaching quality.
