摘　　要：从培养具有“双师素质”的师资队伍、加强校企联合提高师生的数控加工技能、采用灵活多样的创新型教育教学模式、加强数控实训基地的建设四方面阐述了提高数控加工技术教学质量的途径与方法，以及教育教学模式的发展与创新．With the rising development of the NC instruments producing level in the domestic comp -anies, it brings a vigorous and great future to NC machining technology professional education. This art -icle states the ways and methods of improving NC machining technology teaching quality and the develo -pment and innovation of teaching patterns, in training the ＂ double -type quality＂ teaching team, strengthening the school -enterprise cooperation to improve the teachers and students＂ NC machining skills, adopting flexible and innovational teaching patterns, strengthening the instruction of NC machining training base.
