摘　　要：本文从宏观上回顾和展望我国的翻译学概况，指出了一些根深蒂固的弊端，提出了一些翻译教学与研究的思路和基本设想。This article, from a macroscopic point of view begins with a brief retrospect of translation teaching and studies in China and then looks into the future of translation inspection and studies in the 21st century. The authors present seven concepts of the nature of translation teaching and studies.
