摘　　要：阐述了高职教师和高职生科研创新能力的重要性。提出了在教学过程中培养提高高职教师和高职生科研创新能力的理念。围绕提出问题、获得文献资料、方案设计、实验设计与操作、总结报告撰写等科研创新能力的五个方面,介绍了采取"科研式"备课和"研究式"教学有效培养提高高职教师和高职生科研创新能力的实施方法。为提高高职院校人才培养质量提供借鉴和帮助。The paper expounds the importance of research innovation ability of teachers and students of vocational college,and puts forward the idea of training and improving the research innovation ability of students and teachers of vocational college.From the five aspects of innovation ability,like raising question,acquiring literature,designing program,designing and operating experiment,writing and summarizing reports,the article introduces research-type lesson preparing and research-type teaching for effectively improving the research innovation ability of teachers and students of vocational college,providing reference for improving the talent training quality of vocational college.
