摘　　要：文章基于校企合作的三种模式——"学校本位型模式""、企业本位型模式"和"校企共建型模式",阐述了这三种模式的利益分配机制以及存在的弊端,从而构建合理的利益分配机制,为建立校企合作的长效机制奠定基础。Based on the three school-enterprise modes,＂school-based model＂,＂enterprise-oriented model＂ and ＂school-enterprise-build model＂,the article elaborated the interests allocation mechanism of the three patterns as well as the disadvantages,so as to construct reasonable interests distribution mechanism and lay foundations for establishing a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.
