近现代名辩研究的方法论反思

摘　　要：近现代的名辩研究,以"名辩逻辑化"为主导范式,实质上展开于中国逻辑史研究的框架之下。百年名辩研究所取得的成绩不容否认,但暴露出的问题也颇为明显,近二十年来更在方法论层面上引发学界的持续争论。从"据西释中"的全面理解、名辩内涵的综合研究、逻辑工具的多元运用、名辩理论与名辩实践的双重推进等方面对近现代名辩研究存在的问题进行反思就会发现:立足于名辩理论与名辩实践的双重推进,将有助于把近现代以来的名辩研究推向深入。What is called Mingbian is the ancient study of name and argumentation mainly in the pre - Qin period. The study of Mingbian in modern times takes the logicization of Mingbian as its paradig- matic method, and has actually been carried on in the discipline of the study of the history of Chinese log- ic. Even this kind of study has already obtained undeniable achievements, it has shown some serious de- fects which initiated the on - going methodological debate since 1990s. This article makes further reflec- tion upon the methodology of the study of Mingbian in modern times, and argues for a full understanding of the method of interpreting the Chinese with the Western, a comprehensive investigation into the contents of Mingbian, the application of multiple logical tools and a study of both the theory and the practice of Mingbian.
