摘  要:百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本;教师大计,师德为本,师德建设在全面提高人才培养质量的百年发展大计过程中起着关键作用。作为培养医学专门人才的主体力量,临床教师这一特殊群体的师德建设因其工作环境和身份的双重性被赋予了更为深远的内涵。本文分析了当前临床教师师德建设存在的困境,从社会环境、工作环境以及个人因素等方面对困境的产生原因进行了探究,旨在为进一步寻求临床教师师德建设路径提供现实指导。Education is the basis of our long - term strategy, while teachers are the key to quality education, and their morality is critical to the development of teachers' quality. Therefore, moral construction of teachers plays a key role in the long - term process of full enhancement of talent quality. As the main force of cuhivating medical specialists, moral construction of clinical teachers is attached with more profound significance, because of their working environment and duality of their identity. This es- say analyzes the current dilemma existing in the moral construction of the clinical teachers, implementing researches into the reasons of the dilemma from the aspects of the social environment, working environment, personal factors and so on, aimed at providing practical guidance for further improvement of moral construction of clinical teachers.
