从迁移理论看通识教育的发展方向

摘  要:在中国实施通识教育具有合理性与必要性。学习是一个连续迁移的过程,在实施通识教育的过程中,更注重的是学生在这一过程中所获得的能力、思考问题的方式,是一种内化的潜在的能力;在实施通识教育时,可以尽最大的努力使教育的结果尽可能地优化,消除或者避免一些不利的因素。通识教育在今后发展中应注意的问题为:领导高度重视,全员积极参与,确保决策的科学性;合理架构课程体系,注意广度与深度相结合;注意培养、发掘优秀师资。It is reasonable and necessary to implement general education in china.Learning is a process of continuous transference,so in general education, the ability the students gain and the way they think are internalized potential ability and both should be emphasized more. During general education, teachers should try their best to optimize the results of education and eliminate or avoid some unfavorable factors. In the further development of general education, what the teachers should pay attention to include: leaders' attention, the active participation of the staff, ensuring scientific decision- making, reasonable curriculum set- up, the combination of breadth and depth of the education, discovering and training outstanding faculty.
