美国哈佛医学院教学模式对我国医学教育的启示

摘　　要：美国哈佛医学院通过转变教学理念、创新课程体系、采用多样化教学手段和多种考核方式,逐步形成独具特色的"哈佛模式"。本文在对哈佛医学院教学模式研究的基础上,分析我国医学教育质量滑坡的问题,提出医学院校应打破传统学科界限,整合学科体系、调整课程内容;注重医学生的人文素质培养;充分利用现代化教学手段,拓宽医学生自主学习空间;改革考核方式,完善教学评价体系,以促进我国医学教育的可持续性发展。Reformation in Harvard Medical School＇s teaching mode of teaching methodology, curriculum system, teaching forms, exam- ination and evaluation, gradually forms a unique ＂Harvard mode＂. The paper analyed the problem of Chinese medical education and also puts forward useful enlightenment of the reform of medical education for China： breaking the boundaries of traditional disciplines, integrating the cross-curriculum; paying attention to the quality of medical students＇ training; implementation modern teaching methods, broaden their own learning space; increase the proportion of the process of assessment, establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system.
