摘 要:对开附着路面条件下,汽车附着状态识别误差极易引起牵引力控制系统对高附一侧施加主动压力控制,使制动力与驱动力对耗,造成汽车抖振。因此牵引力控制中对复杂路面附着条件识别的准确性和快速性,成为评价控制器鲁棒性的关键指标,也是提高牵引力控制效果的必备因素。提出一种综合的路面附着条件识别方法,该基于模糊逻辑的路面附着识别算法,采用驱动轮左右两侧利用附着系数绝对差和滑转速度绝对差作为输入量,并引入置信度的概念,根据置信度所处区间来判断路面附着状态。通过仿真和实车试验,验证路面附着状态识别方法的有效性和及时性。In split-μ road,it is easy to create active braking force on the high-μ side wheel in traction control system(TCS),which is due to the error of road adhesion state identification.It makes braking force and driving force consume each other and causes the vehicle shaking.Hence the accuracy and rapidity of tire-road adhesion state identification on complicated road is a key norm to evaluate the robustness of TCS,and a necessary factor to enhance the control effect of TCS.A comprehensive method for identification of road adhesion state is presented in this paper.A fuzzy logic,which adopts the absolute different value of road utilization adhesion coefficient and slip speed between the both sides of driving wheel as inputs,is used in this method.The confidence coefficient is introduced.Road adhesion state is estimated according to the interval in which the value of confidence coefficient locates.The simulation and test verify that the method for identification of road adhesion state is effective and timely.
