构建高职院校药剂专业课程新体系的探索

摘　　要：为了构建一套科学合理的高职药剂专业课程新体系,沈阳药科大学高等职业技术学院进行了一系列探索:设立了药剂专业的岗位群;根据岗位群的要求将理论与实训课程进行改革与优化;强调了各课程的合理性及与岗位群的良好衔接性。对增强学生的就业能力,有效实现校企无缝对接有着非凡意义。To build scientific and rational new system of the curriculum in the major of higher vocational pharmaceuticals, Vocational and Technical School of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University makes a series of explorations. It establishes post group of pharmaceuticals major. According to the requirement of post group, it makes reform and optimization for theory and practical training curriculum. It strengthens the rationality of each curriculum and the good connection of post group. It can strengthen students＇ employment ability, which has significant meaning for effectively realizing the joint of colleges and enterprises without gap.
