摘  要:目的探讨启发式教学和互动式教学结合在消化内科见习医生教学中的应用。方法本实验选取了120例2009年6月份~2011年10月份在某科室进行见习的医生为对象进行研究,把所有见习医生打乱分为40例A组(启发式教学和互动式教学结合组)、40例B组(启发式教学组)和40例C组(互动式教学组),后进行统计及比较各组见习医生教学后的考核成绩和教学前后的积极主动性、科学理论性、实践应用性的掌握情况。结果 A组见习医生教学后的考核成绩和教学前后的积极主动性、科学理论性、实践应用性的掌握情况明显高于B组和C组,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论启发式教学与互动式教学相结合提取了单纯启发式教学和单纯互动式教学的优点并弥补了不足之处,有效提高了见习医生的教学成效,是一种很好的教学模式,因此建议在消化内科教学中广泛应用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of the combination of heuristic teaching and interactive teaching in trainees in department of gastroenterology.METHODS 120 trainee doctors in my department from June 2010 to October 2011 were chosen as the research object.All trainees were randomly divided into 40 cases of group A(combination of heuristic teaching and interactive teaching),40 cases in group B(heuristic teaching group)and 40 cases in group C(interactive teaching group).The test results,positive initiative,scientific theory nature,and the practical application of mastery before and after teaching were taken for statistics and comparison.RESULTS The assessment of teaching performance and positive initiative,scientific theory,practical application of mastery before and after teaching in group A were significantly higher than in group B and group C,P﹤0.05,there was a significant difference.CONCLUSION The combination of heuristic teaching and interactive teaching extracts the merits and make up the inadequacies of heuristic teaching alone and interactive teaching alone,improves the effectiveness of teaching trainees effectively,which is a good teaching model.Gastroenterology is recommended for widely used in teaching.
