摘  要:采用固体超强酸催化葵花籽油和葵花籽脂肪酸混合物同时酯化和酯交换制备单甘酯,通过二级分子蒸馏法纯化单甘酯。通过单因素试验得到最佳反应条件:反应温度200℃,甘油解反应时间3.0 h,固体酸催化剂添加量0.2%,甘油比1∶2,制得单甘酯含量可达56%以上。甘油酯混合物经过二级分子蒸馏,单甘酯含量高达93.76%。Monoglycerides were produced by esterification and transesterification of sunflower oil and its fatty acid with glycerol catalyzed by solid super acid. Two-stage molecular distillation was introduced to purify monoglycerides from the reaction mixture. The optimal conditions for preparation of monoglycerides catalyzed by solid super acid using single-factor experiment as follows: reaction temperature 200℃, solid super acid catalysts loading 0.20%(oi1 mass), mole ratio of fatty acid to glycerol 1:2, and reaction time 3.0 h. Under these conditions, the content of monoglycerides reached more than 56%. At last, monoaeglycerols with a purity of 93.76% were distillation by two-stage molecular distillation.
