摘　　要：本文分析了当前地方普通院校本科计算机类专业教育学校方面存在的问题，提出一些如何科学地进行教育改革、培养高质量的计算机软件人才的措施和改革建议，以期对地方普通院校软件人才培养有所裨益。This paper discusses the primal problem of the education of computer relative undergraduate major in local university currently, and proposes some reform suggestions and countermeasures about reforming the education and training high-quality software personnel to help the software talent cultivating of undergraduate in local university.
