摘  要:教学者在"基于项目学习"(Project-based Learning)理念的基础上,结合社工专业的自身优势,借鉴"朋辈辅导"的理念,通过引导社工专业高年级学生开展"新生训练营"来提高大一新生的专业适应,并进而探索提高本专业学生实践能力的有效模式。对项目进行即时、短期和长期的直接和间接效果评估,结果表明,高年级社工学生和大一新生从中均获得专业成长和自我成长。实践证明,以"新生训练营"这一项目为载体的实践教学模式是切实可行的。Based on the theory of Project-based Learning,as well as the advantages of the major itself and the idea of peer counseling,upper grade students majoring in social work were trained to conduct the program of "Freshman Training Camp",aimed to promote the freshmen's adaptation to new life of college,and develop a creative way of enhancing practical capability of our students.Direct and indirect evaluation containing of immediate,short-term,and long term measurement showed the result that our upper grade students of social work and the freshmen gained advancement both in their profession and self,which gave strong support to the validity of our practical teaching model based on the program of Freshman Training Camp.
