摘　　要：为建立大豆油脂产品质量安全追溯体系,以油脂产品各环节的实际生产为基础,利用ASP.NET,SQL Server系统软件,建立了大豆生产信息及加工过程中关键控制点数据库,构建了追溯体系。实现了不同终端客户利用不同的查询途径即可获得大豆油脂产品的追溯查询信息,以及对大豆油生产、流通、消费、服务等过程的全程监管和经营责任的追溯愿望。In order to establish the quality safety traceability system of soybean lipid products,the database of soybean production information and critical control point in processing have been established and traceability system is constructed using ASP.NET and SQL Server software based on lipid products in every link of the practical production.The system can make different terminal customers obtain traceability information for soybean lipid products using different query approach,and achieve the desire for tracing management responsibilities and supervision in the whole process of soybean oil production, circulation,consumption and service.
