摘  要:食品微生物检验及实验教学在食品质量与安全专业教学体系中是核心课程。针对传统实验教学的现状,重点阐述通过优化和整合实验教学,实施模块式教学体系,让学生充分参与实验教学始终、提高实验教学队伍水平、改革实验考核方法,进行了食品微生物检验实验教学改革探索。实践证明,该教学方法调动了大学生学习的能动性,提高了实验教学效果。The subject of microbiological examination of food and relative experiment play an important role in the teaching system for food quality a safety discipline.Considering the present problems of the traditional experimental teaching,some reforming measures are primarily proposed and implemented in the experiment teaching of microbiological examination of food, including optimizing the teaching content and forming a system for module-based education,students participating in the entire experiment,improving the teaching level of experiment teachers,adopting a new way of assessment.All of these means lead to mobilize the interests of students and enhances the purposes of teaching.
