从师承效应谈教师教育类大学生人文精神的培养

摘　　要：师承效应主要表现为显性传承和隐性传承两个方面,其心理机制表现为:观察学习与模仿、认知风格与强化、集体无意识。教师教育类大学生将来承载着培养祖国下一代的神圣使命,他们毕业后的一言一行会深深地影响着学生的成长。要从树立人本主义教育理念,提高教师人文精神素养,丰富人文精神教育课程,营造人文精神教育氛围等方面加强对教师教育类大学生人文精神的培养。The effects of teachers＇ enlightenment can be shown in two aspects： explicit enlightenment and implicit enlightenment.Its psychological mechanism includes three theories： learning from observation and imitation,cognitive style and reinforcement and collective unconsciousness.Teacher education undergraduates will undertake the sacred mission of fostering the next generation of our country.Their words and deeds would have great impacts on their students＇ growth.In order to strengthen the humanistic spirit cultivation of teacher education undergraduates,we should set up a humanistic education idea,enhance teachers＇ humanistic quality,enrich humanistic spirit education courses,and create a humanistic spirit education atmosphere.
