摘　　要：顶岗实习是确保高职人才培养质量的重要环节,校企合作的紧密程度决定了顶岗实习的质量。目前,除了学生自身因素外,校企合作的缺失导致高职学生顶岗实习过程存在诸多问题。学校、企业和政府是解决这些问题的责任主体,组织机构、管理制度的保障是构建校企合作顶岗实习管理模式的关键所在。Internship is an important link to ensure the quality of vocational training,and the cooperation degree between school and enterprise has a great impact on the internship quality.At present,there are many problems including the students＇ own factors and the lack of school-enterprise cooperation during the internship process.School,business and government is the responsibility of solving these problems,and the guarantee of the organization,management system is the key to construct of practice management model of school-enterprise cooperation.
