摘　　要：研究应用ＥＤＴＡ法测定强化食品中活性钙提取条件的选择问题，提出用酸液提取活性钙的方法。In this thesis, the determining conditions of EDTA experiment to extract active calcium from enriched food was disussed. The method of acid solution treatment for extracting active calcium from the enriched food was suggested.
