高职院校与人力资源服务机构互动合作机制初探

摘　　要：高职院校必须和企业及相关的行业机构及政府充分互动,以促进其接近市场、充分就业办学目标的实现。高职院校可以利用人力资源服务机构的特点为自己的学生提供就业机会,提升职业技能培训,最终使其实现充分就业。目前正值《职业教育法》修改在即,相关部门可以充分利用这一契机,加大高职院校和人力资源服务机构合作的政策导向和法律机制的建立,为两者的双赢提供保证。Vocational colleges must fully interact with enterprises,related-industry agencies and government in order to promote the realization of the educational goals of its nearness to market and full employment.Vocational colleges can take advantage of the characteristics of the human resources service organizations to provide employment opportunities for their students,to enhance the training of vocational skills,and ultimately to realize the full employment.At present just when the Vocational Education Law is about to be modified,it is advisable to take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen the policy guidance of the cooperation between vocational colleges and human resources service agencies and the establishment of legal mechanisms so as to provide a guarantee for the win-win of the two.
