摘　　要：青年教师在高校教职工中的人数占比呈逐年上升趋势,而教学工作是高校的中心工作,所以如何培养青年教师的教学能力成为高校重心工作之一。本文从政策导向、院系合力、教学梯队、课题参与和网络培训五个方面对高校青年教师教学能力培养的方法和途径问题进行探讨,提出青年教师教学能力的培养是一个需要统一认识、群策群力,化"输血"为"造血"的系统工程。Young teachers＇ number of college staff proportion is increasing year by year, teaching is the central work of colleges and universities, how to train young teachers teaching the ability to become one of the university center of gravity work. Policy guidance, the departments work together, teaching echelon, five aspects of subject participation and network training methods on the training of young university teachers teaching ability and means to explore, and asked the young teachers teaching ability is a need to unify their understanding, team work, ＂blood transfusion＂ and ＂blood＂ systems engineering.
