教师类型对艺术设计专业学生创造性倾向影响的实证分析

摘　　要：以我国某所艺术设计院校的422名艺术设计专业学生为样本获取数据,采用实证的研究方法分析教师类型对学生创造性倾向的影响。结果表明:1.学生偏爱仁慈型的教师;2.教师类型与挑战性、创造性倾向的总体表现有显著关联,且关联强度为中度;3.学生的冒险性、挑战性、好奇性和创造性倾向总分因不同的教师类型而有显著性差异。且就艺术设计专业而言,高仁慈、高权威型教师有利于学生创造力的发展。因此,注重以学生为中心的教学、不断提升教师创造性教学的能力与素质是实现艺术设计专业创造力教育的重要途径和保障。This study examines how the teacher＇s type influences the student of Art and Design to creative tendency by empirical study.The analysis was carried out by using data from a survey of 422 students in the art and Design College.The results show that： 1,Students prefer benevolent teacher;2,Teachers and challenging,creative tendency overall performance are obviously related,and the strength of the correlation is moderate;3,student＇s adventure,challenge,curiosity and creativity tendency of scores for different type of teacher has significant differences,as for art and design major,high mercy and high authority teachers help the students＇ development of creativity.Therefore,paying attention to the students as the center,and constantly improve the teachers＇ creative teaching.
