摘　　要：提高职教师资素质是提高职教人才培养质量的关键。国家大力发展职业教育,高度重视职教师资素质的提高。作为全国和广东省重点建设的职教师资培养培训基地,广东技术师范学院在职教师资培养模式改革和培训模式创新方面进行了有益的尝试。The improvement of TVET teachers' quality is the key point to enhance the talents training quality of vocational education.China is developing TVET greatly and pays much attention to the improvement of TVET teachers' quality.As the national and Guangdong key training base for TVET teachers,Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University has made a constructive attempt for the reform and innovation of TVET teachers' training pattern.
