高职院校职业生涯规划教育探析——以盐城卫生职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：近大学生职业规划教育越来越受到高校、社会和学生们的重视,其作用也愈发明显。许多学校都开展了对在校大学生的职业生涯规划教育,但大多数高校的职业规划教育只是简单的介绍国外的理论,未能消化吸收,更是缺少有个性的专业针对性的教育;由于中国的高校层次和级别各不相同,各类职业规划教育的教材虽多,但是不能很好满足各个学生的要求,效果不明显;我院根据长期的观察和对学生职业生涯规划的探索,编写了针对性很强的教材,取得了良好的效果。Career planning education is becoming more and more important. Many colleges and universities have carried out the education of college students in Career Planning, but the majorities of colleges just introduce the foreign theories and fail to digestion and absorption, not even personalized, or professional guidance. Though there are many various types of career planning education materials, they can not meet the various demands of students. Based on the long-term observation and exploration of students＇ career planning education,Yancheng Health Vocational School has complied excellent textbooks and achieved good results.
