摘　　要：我国城乡教师交流政策,旨在缓解城乡教育资源不平衡。但由于政策的制定和实施,部分主体未被给予足够关注,导致交流工作效果不佳甚至流于形式。政策完善的焦点是,促进参与各方利益的协调,尤其应当向学校和教师倾斜。唯有如此,才能使城乡教师交流政策有效实施,把"好事"办好。Our country city and countryside teachers exchange policy is to adjust the imbalance of education resource in town..But because the policy formulation and implementation, part of the main body hadn＇t been given enough attention to, and the effect not beautiful form now even. The focus of the policy is perfect, and promote the interests of all parties involved in the coordination, especially to the school and teachers shall be tilt. Only that can make urban and rural teachers exchange policy effective implementation, the ＂good thing to do good＂.
