摘　　要：开展校园文化建设必须以马克思主义文化观作为指导思想,在此基础上,要全面了解校园文化建设的内容,进行科学规划,稳步实施,才能收到成效。本文结合华山中学的具体实践,阐述了对校园文化建设工作的认识,并且提出以校园文化建设为目标的教育形式才可以称得上是全面教育,它比侧重传授知识的教育模式更加接近教育的本质规律,更加反映人性发展的需要,也更加符合人类社会发展的方向。Development of campus cultural construction must be based on Marxism which is the guiding ideology.And on this basis,in order to be more effective we should have a comprehensive understanding of the construction of campus culture,make scientific plans and finally carry out steady.This paper describes the understanding of how to do a good job in the construction of campus culture from two aspects,that is,the content and planning of the campus cultural construction which are combined with the concrete practice of Huashan Middle School.It put forwards that education which is in the form of campus cultural construction can be regarded as a comprehensive education.It＇s more close to the essence of education law than the education that mainly focuses on imparting knowledge.And the campus cultural construction can better reflect the needs of human development and is more in line with the direction of the development of human society.The construction of campus culture is a top priority of basic education and this is the trend.
