摘　　要：高校辅导员的职业能力状况直接影响着大学生学习、生活、思想、心理、就业等辅导工作的成效。应以科学发展观为指导,加强高校辅导员职业能力建设,不断提升高校辅导员以政治鉴别力为核心的基本素质,培养高校辅导员以创新能力为核心的综合素质,提高高校辅导员以心理健康为核心的身心素质。The professional abilities of college counselors will influence directly on the guidance working effectiveness of college students’ learning,living,thinking,mentality and employment.We must strengthen the construction of college counselors’ professional abilities,continuously promote their basic qualifications centered on political discernment and cultivate their comprehensive qualities cored by innovative power and improve their health and psychological quality focused on their mental health guided by the scientific development concept.
