摘 要:教学做合一是技能型人才培养的最佳方法,也是以高素质高端技能型人才为培养目标的高职教育的最佳选择。陶行知推重的教学做合一的方法主要有:连环教学法、艺友制、传递先生制、小先生制、旅行修学、见习团制、幼年研究生制等,通过对这些方法的深入研究,不难发现,这些方法不仅在当时发挥了重要作用,而且在当前的高职教育中也能发挥重要作用。创造性地运用这些方法,并结合高职教育教学实践不断探索和创新教学做合一的方法,对于培养高素质高端技能型人才具有重要的意义。笔者在教学实践中,曾发现、运用、总结了五步教学法、顶岗操作法、角色扮演法、项目教学法、任务驱动法等教学做合一的方法,取得了较好的教学效果。Combination of teaching, learning and practicing is the best way to cultivate skilled personnel, but also the best choice of the training objectives for skilled personnel of higher vocational education. Tao Xingzhi hold in esteem the teaching unity : comic pedagogy, the arts and friends system, passing Mr. system, Little Mr. system, travel studies, trainee group system, juvenile graduate system, etc. Through in - depth study of these methods, it is not difficult to find that these methods not only played an im- portant role in that time, but also can play an important role in the current vocational education during the present higher vocational education. Creative use of these methods, combined with the continuous exploration and innovation of higher vocational education is of great significance for cultivating high - quality skilled personnel. In teaching practice, I have found, summarized and used the five - step teaching method, post operation method, role - playing method, the project approach and task - driven method, which have achieved good teaching results.
