摘　　要："圣人常善救人,故无弃人",这句话指示了自我与他人之间的关系。由于每个人都有内在本性,因而每个人都有价值、作用,人们不能从自我出发造立标准,对他人进行有用无用的区分,并抛弃"无用"的人,人们应该去发现他人的本性,并顺应其本性去辅佐他人。老子这种认识他人、与他人相处的方式,不仅反驳老子为我的观念,而且对于现代社会中我与他人相处具有重要的借鉴意义。＂Saint good at helping others,so there was no disable-person＂ quoted from twentieth-seven chapter of Lao Zi tells us the relationship between the others and I.Because everyone has inert nature,everyone has his own value and function,we should not set criterion to differentiate others and give up the disable-person,and instead we should find the others＇ nature and help others according to their nature.The way that Lao Zi＇ understood and got along with others not only refutes his own ideas egoism,but also provides some significant reference for the modern people to get well along with others.
