摘 要:在长期的历史发展进程中,西方学校德育积淀和呈现出一些共同的特征:坚持以人为本,倡导人本化的道德理念;反对道德灌输,提倡道德自主;注重认知,推崇理性的道德范式;整合德育力量,构建立体化的德育网络。随着社会的发展和时代的进步,西方各国与时俱进,为学校德育纵深发展注入新的生机与活力,具体表现为:各国政府日益重视德育,加强对学校德育的督导;注重汲取传统德育思想,品格教育呈现回归和复兴的态势;拓宽研究视野,重视德育理论的多学科整合;结合时代发展特点,积极探索与推进学校德育的现代化。In the long process of historical development,the western school moral education accumulates and presents some common characteristics as foUows: adhering to the people-oriented,advocating people-oriented moral philosophy, opposing moral indoctrination, advocating moral autonomy, paying attention to the cognitive, promoting rational moral paradigm, integration of moral strength,building three-dimensional moral education network. With the development of society and the progress of the times,the western countries keep pace with the times,infuse new vigor and vitality for school moral education in depth development,specific performance has been shown as follows: the governments paying more attention to moral education ,strengthening the supervision on school moral education, paying attention to learn from the traditional thought of moral education,return of character education and rehabilitation, broadening the research perspective,attaching importance to the multidisciplinary integration of moral education theory, and considering development of the times characteristics to actively explore and promote the modernization of school moral education.
