摘  要:建立了以离子液体([HMIm]BF4)为萃取剂,HPLC检测水产品中残留司帕沙星的方法,采用反相SpherisorbC18色谱柱(250mm×4mmi.d.,5μm),流动相为甲醇,流速:0.5mL/min,检测波长:298nm。在0.06~0.18mg/mL浓度范围内,方法线性良好(R2=0.9988),回收率为88.7%~93.0%,日内和日间的RSD介于2.1%~3.7%。方法准确可靠,重现性好,灵敏度高,适用于水产品中残留药物的检测。Determination of sparfloxacin in the aquatic products using [HMIm] BF4 as extraction agent coupled with HPLC was investigated.The column configuration consisted of Spherisorb C18 column(250 mm×4 mm i.d.,5 μm particle size).The mobile phase was methanol at a flow rate 0.5 mL/min,the UV detector was set at 298 nm.calibration curve was linear over the concentration ranges tested with 0.06~0.18 mg/mL(R2=0.9988).The precision(RSD%) and accuracy were 2.1~3.7 and 88.7%~93.0%,respectively.The method was validated for linearity,precision and intra-and inter-day variation,and was suitable to the determination of drug residues in aquatic products.
