文化视野中德、日职业教育的比较研究

摘　　要：以理性、思辨的态度认识不同国家文化与职业教育的关系,处理文化与职业教育的传统性与现代性、民族性与世界性的关系是比较职业教育研究的基础。德国和日本职业教育及其特色的形成是其社会文化的产物。尽管在经济全球化和国际交流日益频繁的背景下,两国的职业教育在保持自身民族特色的基础上开始出现一些共同的发展趋势,独具特色的德意志民族文化和大和民族文化依然对德日两国的职业教育价值观、职业教育管理体制、职业教育模式以及职业教育发展历程产生了重要的影响,造就了两国成功且特色鲜明的职业教育。It is the basis of comparative vocational education study to understand the relationship between culture and vocational education,deal with the relationship between tradition and modernity,nationality and internationalism of vocational education.Vocational education and its characteristics in Germany and Japan are the outcome of their social culture.Although there are some common developing trends in vocational education of these two countries under the background of economic globalization and internationalization,special German culture and Japanese culture have greatly influenced the values,administration system,patterns and the development process of vocational education,and contribute to a successful vocational education system with their own characteristics.
