摘　　要：借鉴和运用当代国际竞争力理论与评价体系,对经济合作与发展组织成员国及伙伴国家与中国的职业教育质量竞争力水平进行度量。结果显示,中国在ISCED3、ISCED4及ISCED5B层次上的职业教育学生毕业率与其他参与国家相比,均位于前列,但同时也反映了中国有可能存在学生教育选择单一化,上升与就业通道不畅,职业教育和普通教育缺乏横向有效沟通等问题。Using the contemporary international and evaluation system on competitiveness,the study measures each country or region competitiveness level of vocational education.The results show that China ISCED3, ISCED4 and ISCED5B level of vocational education students on the graduation rate,compared with the other participating countries are at the forefront ,but it also reflects the presence of Chinese students may choose one of education,poor access and employment increase,grade,general education,lack of horizontal effective communication problems.
