摘  要:技能取向的能力本位观一直占据职业教育的主流,高等职业教育亦是如此,这种源自行为主义的理论依然影响着当今高等职业教育能力本位的认识与实践,然而经济技术的发展和教育本身对人本性的关注都要求对单纯技能本位进行反思,这种反思应当从人的内在性出发,以综合职业能力重构高等职业教育能力本位及其体系,在这样的重构中,技能取向的本位及其体系得到合理的建构。The capacity-based view which in orientation of skills has held the mainstream of vocational education,and higher vocational education is also like this.Nowadays,the theory that comes from behaviorism still influences the competency-based higher vocational education's understanding and practice.However, the develop- ment of economic technology and the attention to human nature of education itself are required to reflect the simple skills-standard.The reflection should from the inherent nature of human, and based on comprehensive vocational ability reconstructing the competency-based higher vocational education and its systems.In such reconstruction, the capacity-based view which in the orientation of skills and its systems will get reasonable deconstruction.
