摘  要:体育教师培训指标体系的建立能够客观、准确地评价教师培训的效果,为体育教师的培养和培训提供参考。采用问卷调查法、比较分析法、数理统计等研究方法,对高校体育教师培训指标进行筛选,构建高校体育教师培训评价指标体系,包括"培训目标""培训内容""培训形式""培训管理"及"培训考核与评价"5个一级指标;"近期目标""远期目标"等14个二级指标和"职业道德培训""知识培训""执教能力"等44个三级指标,依据其重要程度对各级指标进行均值计算,并对其指标体系的结构特征进行详细地分析。The establishment of physical education teachers training index system can objectively and accurately evaluate the training effect,and provide the reference for their training and cultivation.This paper,using the method of literature review,comparison and mathematical statistics,makes selection on college physical education teacher training index,establishes the training index system,including five primary indexes of training goal,training content,training form,training management and training assessment and evaluation.The goal in the near future,long-term goal for 14 secondary indexes and the vocational ethics training,knowledge training,coaching ability of 44 levels three indexes,on the basis of the importance of various indexes,the mean calculation of index system structure features is detailed analyzed.
