岗位设置与专业技术资格评聘衔接性问题研究

摘　　要：论述了岗位设置对落实教师专业职务评聘的作用,分析了专业职务评聘对岗位设置的要求以及现阶段存在的问题,提出了岗位设置与专业技术资格评聘有效衔接的措施,以推进高校人事制度改革,促进高校可持续发展。This paper discusses the role that post setting has played in the implementation of the evaluation and engagement of teachers＇ professional and technical qualification, analyzes the requirements on post setting and present problems, and puts forward measures on the effective convergence of post setting and the evaluation and engagement so as to promote the reform of personnel system in colleges and contribute to the sustainable development of colleges.
