摘　　要：科研工作是提升高职院校综合实力的重要抓手。现阶段高职院校科研工作还没有如本科院校那样得到充分重视，科研水平普遍较低。通过对高职院校教师科研工作的现状及存在不足进行探讨，提出了一些建议对策，以提高高职教师的科研能力和水平，增强高职院校科研整体实力。The research work is to enhance the overall strength of vocational colleges an important starting point. Vocational research work at this stage like colleges do not receive adequate attention, generally low level of scientific research. Teachers in vocational schools through research work on the current situation and to explore the shortcomings and put forward some proposals of measures to improve the research capability of teachers and vocational levels, and enhance the overall strength of the scientific research and vocational schools.
