摘 要:采用自我价值感量表、简易应对方式问卷与自我和谐量表对贵阳市550名在校大学生进行调查研究,结果显示:大学生自我与经验的不和谐、积极应对方式、个人取向的特殊自我价值感存在着性别差异;积极应对方式与自我的刻板性在年级上存在显著差异;消极应对方式在父母文化程度上存在显著差异;总体自我价值感与自我的灵活性在母亲文化程度上存在显著差异。建议:高校在开展心理健康教育时,要着重引导大学生客观地认识、评价自己,内容要有针对性并且注重家庭教育的配合。The following conclusions come from the questionnaire surveys on 550 college students in Guiyang by self-esteem scale, short coping style scale, self-consistency and congruence scale, the results show there are gender differences on college students" self and experience, active coping styles and special selfworth of personal orientation;it's dramatically different between different grades on active coping way and the rigidity of self. There are significant differences on parents" literacy degree about inactive coping way, the general self-esteem and self-flexibility as well. Guiding college students to know and evaluate themselves objectively should be focus on is strongly reconmended when mental health education is given and the content should be specific and match up with family education.
