摘　　要：《走遍美国》(Family Album U.S.A.)是一套著名的英语教材,对《走遍美国》教材应用于高职英语教学进行了研究。将学生分组进行对话练习,经过实践,《走遍美国》教材应用于高职英语教学,容易激发学生的学习兴趣和参与热情,增强了学生"听"英语的意识和开口"说"的信心,学生对所选内容掌握程度好。Family Album U.S.A is a well-known English textbook. In this paper, the author analyzes the textbook used in vocational English teaching, and groups students for conversation practice. By lots of practice, Family Album U.S.A used in vocational English teaching is likely to arouse students＇ interest and enthusiasm. It also enhances students＇ consciousness of listening to English and confidence in speaking in English, and students can master the selected content very well.
