摘　　要：针对目前高职教师"双师素质型"教师培养难问题,作者根据在高职院校的相关工作经验和在企业一线长时间的工作实践,给合当前社会的所见所闻,进行了归因与分析。Aimed at the problems of ＂Dual-Qualification Quality＂ Teachers＇ difficult cultivation, based on the relevant working experience in higher vocational colleges and in the enterprise work practice,conbined with seeing and hearing in the current society, the author made attribution and analysis.
