摘　　要：本科意识是指本科院校教职员工在培养合格本科生过程中形成的影响工作行为的思想认识,具有潜在性、动力性、不可替代性和渐进性等特点。我国新建地方本科院校本科教学、科研、学术交流意识总体薄弱。因此,新建地方本科院校应加强学校高层领导的先锋推动作用,采取有效措施促进本科意识的提升。College consciousness refers to the ideological thoughts of the teaching staff at universities and colleges,which are formed in the process of cultivating qualified graduates.It possesses such features as potentiality,dynamy,graduality and irreplacebility.The newly-founded local colleges in China are generally weak in the aspects of teaching,scientific research and academic exchange.Therefore,it is of great significance for the administors of local colleges to take effective measures to increase the college consciousness.
