摘 要:目前,我国地方高等师范院校(以下简称高师)中文师范教育在教学理念、课程、方法等方面与中小学校脱节的现象比较突出,师范教育滞后于基础教育新课程改革。进行中文师范教育改革需调整课程设置,优化教师教育课程结构,为他们提供良好的教学环境,加大实践性课程比重,加强改革教学方法和教学手段的力度,建构新的素质评估体系。At present, it is quite prominent in China that the Chinese teacher education in local normal colleges in educational philosophy, teaching materials, methods, training modes are all out of touch with the primary and secondary schools. Normal students' education has lagged far behind the new curriculum reform in basic education. Teacher education reform can be carried out through the following means: adjusting the curriculum, updating course content, optimizing the structure of teacher education courses; providing them with good teaching and learning environment; increasing the proportion of practical programs; enhancing teaching methods and means of reform; and constructing new test patterns and the quality assessment system.
