摘  要:目的澄清实习对护生临床沟通能力养成的影响,探讨实习期护生沟通能力培养策略。方法采用护生临床沟通能力测评量表对60名山西医科大学第一医院实习的本科护生进行实习前后差异比较。结果实习前后差异有统计学意义的3个维度为:总体临床沟通能力、确认患者问题、验证感受(P<0.05);实习前后差异没有统计学意义的维度为:构建和谐护患关系、敏锐倾听、共同参与和传递有效信息(P>0.05)。结论护生临床沟通能力不会通过实习自然得到提升,应从护生职业人文素质的养成和针对性培养策略2个方面着手。Objective To explore whether internship can have an influence on nurse students" clini- cal communication ability, and present some practical cultivating strategies. Methods 60 undergraduate nurse students from the First Hospital, affiliated to Shanxi Medical University were recruited and their performance before and after clinical practice were measured by using the clinical communication competence scale. Results There were differences in three dimensions including confirming the issue, verifying the patients" experience and total average score of clinical communication ability, which was statistically significant for nursing students around internship; and there was not statistical significance in three aspects including building a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, sensitive listening, participation and effective information delivery (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Nursing students" clinical communication abilities could not be established naturally only through clinical practice. It is necessary to start with cultivating humane quality for their profession and implementing corresponding strategies.
