医学研究生培养中的导师组模式探析

摘　　要：导师是决定研究生培养质量的重要因素，在研究生教育中起着主导作用，在医学教育中，导师的作用更是举足轻重。然而当前医学研究生培养中普遍采用的单一导师模式，已经在一定程度上影响了培养质量。本文结合当前医学研究生教育的培养体制现状，分析了导师组模式的优势，探讨了其在医学院校具体实施过程中应当注意的问题。Tutor, who plays an important role in postgraduate education, is a critical determinant of graduate training quality. In medical science which is a very professional subject, tutor is of great importance. However, one-tutor model, which is widely used in nowadays medical postgraduate training, has affected the training quality to some extent. With the status quo of current medical postgraduate training system, this article analyzed the advantage of tutor-group model, discussed the notes of its implementation in medical schools.
