摘　　要：随着素质教育和新课程改革的不断深入,作为中国教育改革核心理论基础的多元智能日益发挥作用。小学生处于童年期,正是智力发育和个性形成的关键期,如何提高小学班主任工作效能,实现素质教育的个性化、科学化目标,是国培计划的重要议题。With the quality education and curriculum reform, multiple intelligences as the core theoretical foundation of Chinese education reform has played the increasing role. Students in childhood, is the critical period of intellectual develop- ment and personality formation, and how to improve the performance of the primary class teacher, personalized quality edu- cation, scientific goal is the important issue of the national training plan.
