摘　　要：高职院校"双师"结构教学团队建设的现状与国家示范性、骨干高职院校建设以及国家级、省级教学团队建设的要求不相适应。文章指出了高职院校在"双师"结构教学团队建设上存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策。The present situation of vocational college teaching team construction of the ＂Theory and Practice Integrated＂ structure doesn＇t meet the need of the construction of national model college, backbone college, national and provincial teaching team. The article introduces the problems about the construction of the ＂Theory and Practice Integrated＂ structure teaching team of vocational colleges, and then puts forward to Countermeasures.
